Peace, freedom and money

What does education in Spain need in particular? Peace, freedom and money. Or, in other words, a consensus so that light may shine as a result of dialogue and work, avoiding thereby changes to the system. An educational system must last for many years or, even better centuries so that teachers may depart from what they have learnt and not from zero. Certain countries have not altered their educational system for centuries. The progress of both teachers and pupils made possible by pence. Constant changes only lead to “adaptation”. Peace at school avoids confrontation in the educational community as a whole (pupils and authorities, labor unions and employers, inspection and direction, state schools and private schools).
